Phil Hope Launches Campaign for UniversityPhil Hope is calling upon local people to support his campaign for a university in Corby to serve North Northamptonshire. Phil is leading the campaign to develop and to present the case to John Denham MP, Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills. Phil Hope MP said: "A university campus in Corby serving the north of the county will help to attract and retain undergraduates in the area, give local businesses a major boost and sustain the exciting growth and regeneration that is already bringing many wider social and economic benefits. "I want every school, college and company to back this campaign. I want every school student and their family to back the campaign. I want everyone at work to back the campaign. on local people to support their campaign for a university in Corby by

1st April 2008 everyone over 60 and eligible disabled people will be able
travel for free on local buses no matter where they are in England from
9.30am until 11pm every weekday and all day at weekends.
